Date : 28-09-2020 Present writ petition has been filed in form of PIL for following relief:- "This is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to construct Bore Well and Water Tank on public Road in village Maner."
After some argument, counsel for the petitioners are permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Maner, District, Patna (respondent no.5) with respect to issues raised in this writ petition and the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Maner, District, Patna shall consider the grievances as raised by petitioners and shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within 30 days from the date of filing of representation . It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with respect to merit of the case of the petitioners and same is to be considered and decided by Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Maner, District, Patna in accordance with law.
