The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 378 of 2021 registered under Sections 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

One persons has died because of consuming illicit liquor. The petitioner is accused in eighteen more cases of the Excise Act.

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner is
