That, the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs in nature of MANDAMUS for commanding and directing the respondent authorities for fair and impartial enquiry by impartial agency against the allegation as alleged by way of complaint/ representation regarding misuse of power/
Patna High Court CWJC No.8616 of 2022(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 authorities and misappropriation of public money by abusing the power and authority in their own interest instead to public interest as well as the further prayer on the output of the enquiry report submitted by the enquiry agencies so that the Government schemes may be implemented in true sense and spirits i.e. in larger public interest as meant for and for other necessary relief/ reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances of the case as stated, enumerated and discussed hereinafter." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
