2 Prayer is for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application for quashing the order dated 19.03.2016 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in Sessions Trial No 93 of 2011 and 152 of 2014, Babubarhi PS Case No 19 of 2010 by which the learned Sessions Judge rejected the application filed by the petitioners under Section 227 of Cr P C not to frame charge against them for the offence under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (x)( of SC/ST Act."
3 Mr Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the criminal proceeding is at an advanced stage and, as such, he may be permitted to raise all the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18752 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 issues before the Court concerned.
4 This petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
