JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patna Rail Junction (Bankaghat) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, Special Case No. 2380 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 273/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 12 liters of liquor was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 5.3.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
