Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice with regard to confiscation has been issued to the driver of the vehicle but not to the owner of the vehicle.

From the aforesaid submission at the bar it appears that the confiscation proceeding has commenced. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate that the petitioner may approach the concerned authorities by filing objection along with a copy of this order which shall be considered by the authority concerned and appropriate decision will be taken by

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
