2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons committed murder of the father of the informant. Earlier, petitioner and other co-accused persons had threatened the father of the informant to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. There is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner to connect him with the offence. Informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Banka, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.979 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Alok Verma/- U T
