The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
Patna High Court CWJC No.7590 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 3/3 "1. (I) For the issuance of a writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/ direction /order, commanding the respondents to remove/demolish the boundary wall as well as the iron gate that has been constructed by the respondents in March 2023 blocking the way of the residents of Plot No.1506 and other neighbouring plots situated at Kochas, Rohtas."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of their aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
