The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 297, 337, 338, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature which is evident from injury report at Annexure-3 to the supplement affidavit. Moreover, nobody has sustained firearm injury. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Uda-Kishanganj, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019.
