This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 17/12/15 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T Case No. 318/2015 filed by the respondent No. 5 where Bihar Land Tribunal has set aside the order dated 6/1/2015 passed by the Commissioner, Tirhut Division Muzaffarpur in Ceiling Pre-emption Revision Case No. 453 of 2013 .

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous in light of

Patna High Court CWJC No. 5214 of 2016(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 judgment of the Hon'ble Division of this Court dated 13.10.2023, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 15060 of 2019 and other analogous writ petitions.
