Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bail Petition No. 405 of 2020 arising out of Chauradano P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only two live cartridges and 8 MM KF of 315 bore have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2020.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.

No.30745 of 2020(2) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxual at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chauradano P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020.
