JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.45153 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioners is that they have engaged the informant and her daughter in orchestra party and they have committed rape upon her daughter.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that two witnesses have been examined during trial and they have not supported the prosecution case and petitioners are in custody since 26.4.2018.

Heard learned APP also.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28993 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
