2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 443 of 2022 dated 08.05.2022 has earlier been rejected vide order dated 21.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47946 of 2022 in which liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge has been framed in this case on 13.04.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that charge has already been framed in this case.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 443 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

6. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
