The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P) P.S. Case No.05 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees

No.40570 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Vandana, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P) P.S. Case No.05 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
At the time of acceptance of bail bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the genuineness of the compromise. If it is found that the compromise between the parties is genuine, his bail bond shall be accepted by the court below and if the compromise petition is found to be forged then the petitioner shall be taken into custody forthwith.
