2. The appellant has filed I.A. No. 354 of 2024 in C.P. No. 03 of 1984 claiming certain relief against the official liquidator to the extent that appellant is stated to have entered in certain sale agreement with the company under liquidation. In that event, he has remedy of filing civil litigation or any other remedy. He has no locus in C.P. No. 3 of 1984 in the light of the fact that he is stated to have entered into sale agreement with the company under liquidation. Hence, there is no infirmity in the

Patna High Court COMP. APP.(DB) No.3 of 2024(5) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 impugned order insofar as rejecting of I.A. No. 354 of 2024 by the Company Court.
