The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction upon respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's service for regularization, who was appointed and join on 08.08.2011 as Night Guard on a sanctioned post as a duly qualified person in Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar (Residential) Girls High School, Kako, Jehanabad and continuing in service till date i.e. about more than ten years and even after rendering satisfactory services her regularization has yet not been made, which is against the mandates of law laid down by the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.10080 of 2019 dt.24-06-2024 2/2 Supreme Court in M.L. Kasari and others reported in 2010 (9) SCC page 247. And for such other order/direction which may be found just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case. 3.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.2/The District Magistrate, Jehanabad, within two weeks, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of her claim and the respondent no.2/The District Magistrate, Jehanabad shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of ten weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order considering that the petitioner has continued in service from the year 2011-2019. 4.

It is made clear that the respondent no.2 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
