The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners on his working post as amin, gatekeeper and labour in Saran Canal Division, Gandak Project, Gopalganj and make payment regularly."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
