JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner as well as the informant are present in person. Both of them have been heard.

In order to amicably resolve the matter between the parties, it has been agreed that the informant will have no objection in allowing the petitioner to continue on bail and the petitioner has agreed on his own volition that in order to take care of expenses required to be incurred in education of the two children and the household expenses, he will presently pay a sum of Rs.12,000/- per month in the account of the informant subject to any decision/adjudication by a competent court as regards the maintenance in accordance with law. The petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40680 of 2021(5) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 undertakes to deposit such amount within first 7 days of the month in the account of the informant. The informant shall supply the account number to the petitioner.

If the petitioner fails to abide by his promise made before this Court, it will be open for the informant to file an appropriate application for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner.

Let it be recorded that this order is being passed with the consent of the parties and in presence of all concerned. In the circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.02.2022 is hereby confirmed. Let the petitioner continue on the same bail bond.
