The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 21.12.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Complaint case No. 1535 C of 2015 whereby cognizance has been taken under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be raising all issue alleged in the instant proceeding at the appropriate stage in the trial.
