For direction to the respondents concerned to consider the grievances of the petitioners who are discharging their duties as

ii. For direction to the respondents concerned in particular the Respondent No. 4 to issue necessary order making appropriate correction/modification in the office order issued vide letter no. 9692, dated 15.10.2018 incorporating therein the admissible pay band/ on which the petitioners are discharging their duties.

iii. For direction to the respondents concerned to consider and disposed of the representation filed by the petitioners dated 20.06.2019, 26.10. 2019 (Annexure-9 Series) which is pending for consideration and has not been disposed of till date.

iv. The petitioners further pray for issuance of writ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for the following relief/ reliefs which he is entitled to in the fact and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Town Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 5 for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the Town Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 5 by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
