2 The prayer is for the following reliefs:
"That by the present petition, the innocent, poor and helpless petitioners crave indulgence before this Hon's Court for quashing of the order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Sessions Trial No 235 of 2015 by learned ADJ 3, Vaishali at Hajipur whereby and where under without considering the substantial questions raised on behalf of the petitioners' discharge petition, have been dismissed, because the prosecution was absolutely an abuse of process of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18645 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 Court as no such occurrence has taken place, as it has been falsely alleged in the FIR of Guraul PS Case No 315 of 2012.
And or to pass any other appropriate order or orders as it may be deemed fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of this case."
3 It would be appropriate that the petitioners raise all the issues before the Court where the criminal proceeding is continuing/pending.
4 This petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
