The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Excise Case No. C-III-150 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41373 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Excise Case No. CIII-150 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
