1. That this application is being filed for quashing of the order dated 14.03.2024 bearing Memo DB No. 302 Court/Legal vide case No. 87/2023-2024 passed Under Section 3 of Bihar Control of Crime Act passed by District Magistrate, Bhagalpur whereby and where under the petitioner has been directed to file show cause to why an order of Externment be not passed against him under section 3(3) of the Bihar Control

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.992 of 2024 dt.10-05-2024 2/2 of Crimes Ordinance Act 1978, on the ground that the petitioner have been involved in number of criminal activities which made him as anti-social element and only on the basis of old cases petitioner has been harassed on every election/ occasion/ puja rituals which was solely based on the ground of maintaining law and order which is not sustained in the eye of law and / or pass such order/ order/ orders as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Perusal of the impugned action dated 14.03.2024 is only a show cause notice asking the petitioner to appear on 25.03.2024 at 3 p.m.. As on this day the impugned action of the notice dated 14.03.2024 has already spent its force. Therefore, nothing remains in the present petition. Accordingly, petition stands dismissed.
