No. 8110 of 2009, titled as AKHILESHWAR PRASAD Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. Shri Pushkar Narayan Shahi, learned Additional Advocate General No. 6 seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal for the reason that the present appeal was filed inadvertently, unmindful of the fact that assailing the very same order, another Appeal being L.P.A. No. 406 of 2010 titled as
