2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024, instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons having armed with lathi, Gadasa and Baishakhi entered into the house of the informant and abused and assaulted the informant and his family members causing injury. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the brother of informant causing injury on his

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. It is further submitted that allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the brother of the informant, namely, Mahendra Ram, however, injury of Mahendra Ram is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely Shaturghan Ram, Dhanu Ram @ Dhanu Kumar Ram, Chanda Devi and Sarita Devi have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 30423 of 2024.
5. Learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid
