2. The present review petition has been preferred: "against the order dated 23.01.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14586 of 2008 passed by the Hon'ble Court whereby the Hon'ble Court has been pleased to dismiss the writ application of the petitioner or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under circumstances of this case."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach appropriate forum for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Though after hearing the learned State counsel, this Court was in no mood to give any relief to the petitioner, in view of the fact that prayer for withdrawal has been made, granting said liberty, the review petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
