2. The writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:

(I). In the nature of Certiorari quashing memo no. 5954 dated 27.11.2023, wherein, disciplinary proceeding has been initiated against the Petitioner without any substantial material to back the allegation levelled and has been initiated merely to tarnish the reputation of the Petitioner;

(ii). In the nature of Mandamus directing the concerned respondent authorities to stay

Patna High Court CWJC No.8268 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 memo no. 5954 dated 27.11.2023, vide which disciplinary proceeding has been initiated against the Petitioner;

(iii). In the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to initiate disciplinary proceedings against Respondents/ erring official who has issued memo no. 5954 dated 27.11.2023, without considering the reply backed by requisite documents furnished by the petitioner.

3. In the opinion of this Court, this is a pre-mature writ and the same is hereby dismissed.

4. If the result of the departmental proceeding goes against the petitioner and the petitioner is punished, the same can be challenged by the petitioner in this Court after exhausting the alternative remedy.
