In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhataha P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of kidnapping for marriage has been alleged in the FIR, however, the victim girl has appeared before the police and has stated that she herself gone with Jitendra Shah on her will and entered into marriage in a temple. The
