Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jhajha P.S. Case No. 22 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner no. 4 is the order giver and thereafter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40528 of 2021(3) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 firing was made and the accused persons assaulted the informant and his son, in which the son of the informant received three injuries on head.

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 4, above named, is dismissed. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against them. Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 22 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
