Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 379 and some other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the occasion of Holi festival some dispute arose between the family of petitioner and the informant in which both sides sustained injuries. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that three persons are alleged to have

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that subsequent to this case on 05.04.2021 petitioners tried to kill the informant for which Bahadupr PS case No. 208/2021 has been lodged on 08.04.2021 against the petitioners. Considering the facts of the case and the backdrop in which scuffle took place and nature of injuries, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur PS case No. 186/2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
