2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 74, 303(2), 329(4), 352, 351(2), and (3), 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per allegation, some unknown miscreants entered the house of the informant with intention to plunder and to kill her. It has further been alleged that the accused persons misbehaved with her and took Rs. 25,000/- along with jewellery.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the injuries are simple in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30289 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 nature. He has also submitted that with respect to the same occurrence on the same day, the defence side has also lodged a case against the member of the prosecution side. The members of the defence side have also sustained injuries. The petitioner is under custody since 21.02.2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the period of custody i.e. 21.02.205, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
