This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26085 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 07.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26085 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33380 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 The other part of the order dated 07.04.2022 shall remain unchanged.

This modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
