JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-08-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take action over the representation filed by the petitioner and several other villagers and after enquiry to cancel the licence of the PDS shop of respondent nos. 4 to 6.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that representations have been filed before the District Magistrate, Vaishali alleging malpractices against private respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6, who are PDS dealers. The petitioner has not been made aware of any action having been taken on the representations.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents on the other hand, makes a
Patna High Court CWJC No.3142 of 2015 dt.16-08-2018 statement at the Bar on instructions that the grievance of the petitioner has been looked into and the matter was referred to the Block Supply Officer, Raghopur, who conducted an enquiry into the matter, finding that the allegations were without basis. A detailed report in letter dated 29.05.2015 has been submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer, Hajipur.
4. Having regard to the stand of the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed of.
