Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018 for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the amount collected was deposited. The mistake was committed by the cashier of the Grahak Sewa Kendra.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this court to Annexure-2 to indicate that entire amount i.e. 6, 03,425/- has been deposited in the bank.
