JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 11-02-2015 The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2013 arising out of Kursela P.S. Case No. 151 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2012.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within few months of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. The report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Katihar dated 12th of December, 2014 reflects that nine

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19118 of 2014 (03) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 witnesses have already been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within three months.

Considering the advance stage of trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
