The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuing a direction upon the respondents investigating authorities to properly investigate Narhat Police Station Case No.105 of 2025 dated 05.04.2025 registered under Section 191(2), 191(3), 329(3), 352, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. In view of the relief sought by the petitioner, this
