Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. As a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concerned with the alleged recovery of country made pistol and motorcycle. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

No.54144 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahan at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
