JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 The impugned order dated 10.3.2015, as contained in annexure-8 to the present application, is a final order passed under section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "CrPC"), Masaurhi, Patna in Case No.985 of 2014. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order, the same can be assailed by filing an appropriate revision application under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to convert the present application into an application under sections 397 and 401 of the CrPC.

Leave is granted.

Let steps in this regard be taken within one week from today.
