The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 164/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/354(B)/ 307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.40995 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 164/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
