JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 The only grievance of the petitioner, surviving at the moment, is regarding the pension of the petitioner having not been revised as also the benefits of A.C.P. and annual increments having not been granted to the petitioner herein. Having regard to the limited prayer made in the present writ petition, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 by filing an appropriate representation stating his claim in detail, which shall be addressed by the respondent no. 4 within a period of eight weeks thereafter and
Patna High Court CWJC No.796 of 2017(7) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 within that time frame, the balance amount found outstanding for payment, shall also be paid.
