2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4952 of 2022 dated 23.02.2023.

3. Considering the fact that petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4952 of 2022, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Commission to consider the petitioners' case, as the interview is still pending, in accordance with law.

4. It is made clear that Commission will not reject the application of the petitioners on the ground of delay.

5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
