2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the brother of informant was married with petitioner in the year 2012 and it is alleged that after the marriage, both of them used to quarrel and due to this reason, the husband of petitioner did not want to live with petitioner and all on a sudden, on 18.07.2023, the informant came to know that her brother was dead.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She is wife of the deceased and out of the wedlock, petitioner gave birth of two children. As a matter of fact, the deceased had opened a school in which he appointed his sister (informant) as Principal and one Ritesh Kumar, as Teacher, but later on, both of them took management of the school in their hand and ousted the deceased from the school and due to this reason, the deceased was in depression and later on, committed suicide. Learned counsel further submits that only suspicion has been raised against petitioner, whereas there is no other direct or indirect evidence against petitioner. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Danapur,
