2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dumra P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time, while the informant was returning to his home by his motorcycle from Sitamarhi, on the way, six miscreants riding on two motorcycles stopped him and on the point of pistol and knife, snatched his motorcycles, articles, mobile and cash from his possession and fled away.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Saddam Hussain. No looted article has been

5. Counsel for State however opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents, out of which one is of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
