2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No. 45 of 2025 arising out of Paharpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B), (a), 26 of the Arms Act and under Section 8, 20(B), iiB of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of one country made pistol from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025.

5. The petitioner is accused in 4 more cases, out of which, two cases are registered under the Arms Act, one case is registered for the allegation of murder and one case has been registered under the NDPS Act.

6. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
