2. Prima facie, the present M.A. No. 239 of 2019 is not maintainable in the light of Co-ordinate Bench decision dated 24.06.2023 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 237 of 2020 (Md. Manjoor Alam @ Md. Manzoor Alam vs. Hasena Khatoon). On the other hand, appellant has remedy under criminal revision. Thus, the present M.A. No. 239 of 2019 stands disposed of for the purpose of statistics.
