====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.160 of 2017/G.R. No.3366 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka.

Considering that, earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.72607 of 2018, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail is,
