Learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State is present and submitted that the matter is pending since 2018, wherein, FIR was lodged in the year 2018 itself, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354, 307, 436, 379, 380, 376, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has further been submitted that it appears that the petitioners loosed their interest to remain in prosecution.
