JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a succession case and obtain a succession certificate in her favour pertaining to the retiral dues of her deceased husband.

Liberty so sought is granted. This Court is of the view that since already a lot of time has been lost, inasmuch as the husband of the petitioner died on 23.01.1994, I deem it fit and proper that in case the petitioner files appropriate succession case before the concerned Civil Court, the learned court would expedite the matter and would

It is needless to state that after obtaining the succession certificate with regard to retiral dues, the petitioner shall approach the respondent company whereupon appropriate decision shall be taken by the respondent company forthwith. The writ petition stands disposed off on the afoaresaid terms.
