The petitioner claimed to be owner of the part of the land, in question, bearing Khata No. 215, Khesra No. 1427, 1428 and 1429 filed the present writ application seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 21.04.2023 filed by the petitioner before the Municipal Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Khagaria.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on being aggrieved against the order of penalty of Rs. 2,10,000/-, the petitioner, who is a hapless old lady filed a representation before the Municipal Executive Officer, requesting therein, to reduce the penalty amount and to receive the same in installments, but despite the representation having been filed on 21.04.2023, the same has not been taken to its logical conclusion.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the matter is pending before the respondent no. 4, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion within an appropriate time.

5. Regard being had to the submissions and considering the nature of the dispute, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to take up the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
