The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a women. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30229 of 2020(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
